Turn ordinary rice crackers into an elevated snack (or light meal) with an herb-yogurt sauce and some smoked salmon.

Ingredients

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Lemon zest

¼ tsp

Fresh lemon juice

½ tsp

Shallot

2 Tbsp, chopped, minced

Dill

1 Tbsp, minced

Table salt

Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, lemon zest and juice, shallot, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; divide evenly among the crackers. Cut the salmon into 10 thin strips; place 1 strip on each cracker; garnish with dill.
