Smoked salmon and horseradish dip

- Put half the salmon, the sour cream, dill, horseradish, lemon juice, and pepper in a food processor or blender; pulse just to combine. Transfer to a small bowl, then stir in the remaining salmon. Yields 1/4 cup per serving.
