Smoked Salmon and Horseradish Dip

Be sure not to over process the ingredients in the food processor—you want to have small bits of the salmon throughout the dip for added body and texture.
smoked salmon¼ pound(s), chopped
light sour cream8 oz
dill1 Tbsp, fresh, chopped
store-bought horseradish1 ½ tsp
fresh lemon juice1 tsp
black pepper⅛ tsp, freshly ground
- Put half the salmon, the sour cream, dill, horseradish, lemon juice, and pepper in a food processor or blender; pulse just to combine. Transfer to a small bowl, then stir in the remaining salmon. Yields 1/4 cup per serving.
