This dip is so good, you will throw a party just to make it. Ready in only eight minutes, the classic profile of smokey salmon and hot horseradish blend beautifully into a wonderful hors d'oeuvre. Ideal for dipping vegetables like celery and carrot, this dip is also wonderful with crackers or rye toast points. With only six ingredients, you won't need a big trip to the supermarket. Try this for a dinner party, football gathering or as an easy addition to a brunch buffet. Be sure not to over process the ingredients in the food processor—you want to have small bits of the salmon throughout the dip for added body and texture.

Ingredients

Smoked salmon, lox

¼ pound(s), chopped

Light sour cream

8 oz

Dill

1 Tbsp, fresh, chopped

Store-bought horseradish
