Slow Cooker Turkey and White Bean Chili

canned cannellini beans31 oz, (white kidney) 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans, rinsed and drained
fresh lime juice3 Tbsp
ground cumin1 tsp
dried oregano1 tsp
chipotle chili powder1 tsp
cilantro¼ cup(s), fresh, chopped
- Spray large skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add turkey, onion, and garlic and cook, breaking up turkey with wooden spoon, until turkey is browned, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer turkey mixture to 3- or 4-quart slow cooker and add broth, beans, lime juice, cumin, oregano, and chipotle powder. Cover and cook 4 hours on low. Serve sprinkled with cilantro.
