Use your favorite flavor of sparkling water to top off these Mexican tequila-and-citrus cocktails. They're super refreshing on a warm summer night, and fabulous paired with a platter of grilled fish tacos.
Pink grapefruit juice
12 fl oz, or red grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
3 fl oz
Fresh lime juice
2 fl oz, grapefruit variety
⅛ medium, cut into 2 slices for garnish (optional)
- Pour grapefruit juice, tequila, and lime juice into a small pitcher; stir to combine.
- Salt rims of two glasses; add some ice to each glass.
- Divide mixture between glasses; top each with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with an optional slice of grapefruit.
- Serving size: an 8 fl oz cocktail
