Skinny Chicken Noodle Soup with Lemon and Dill

olive oil1 tsp
uncooked carrot(s)¼ cup(s), chopped
uncooked celery¼ cup(s), chopped
uncooked onion(s)1 cup(s), chopped
garlic clove(s)1 clove(s), medium, minced
fat free chicken broth2 cup(s)
cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)1 cup(s), chopped, diced
Weight Watchers Skinny Pasta Konjac noodles, noodle shape (WW endorsed)1 bag(s), rinsed and drained
Badia Lemon Juice1 tsp
dill1 tsp, chopped
fresh parsley1 tsp, chopped
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a medium sized saucepan.
- Add carrot, celery, and onion, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until they soften.
- Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add broth, chicken, and Skinny Noodles and cook for 3-5 minutes to heat through.
- Stir in lemon juice, dill, and parsley and serve.
