Ingredients
Corn tortilla
4 tortilla(s), medium
Pepper Jack cheese
3 oz, coaresly shredded (about 3/4 cup)
Cilantro
¼ cup(s), packed leaves, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the broiler. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet. Broil 4–5 inches from the heat until golden, 30–60 seconds on each side.

Toss the cheese with the cilantro in a bowl. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas. Broil 4–5 inches from the heat until the cheese just begins to melt, 20–40 seconds.
