Ingredients
Self-rising flour
⅔ cup(s)
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
½ cup(s)
Store-bought pizza sauce
½ cup(s)
Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese
6 Tbsp
Grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
2
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt and flour with a silicon spatula or wooden spoon until it just starts to come together. With hands, knead until it forms a smooth dough, about 2 minutes. Divide dough into halves.
3
On a parchment-lined surface, roll each dough half into a circle, dusting with a pinch of flour if sticky. Transfer to a large parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with second piece of dough. Bake 15 minutes, until bottom is golden brown.
4
Divide pizza sauce between two dough rounds. Top with the mozzarella, then the Parmesan. Bake another 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
