Make yourself this spicy flavorful pizza for dinner tonight in only 20 minutes. A quickly blended green sauce of jalapeno, cilantro, garlic and lime get a unique flavor boost from the added cardamom pod. The heat of the sauce is tempered well by the richness of the shrimp and cheese topping. Make a few pizza and cut in small wedges for a quick and different appetizer. Add some cherry tomato halves or roasted bell pepper slices to the pizza for a hint of sweetness and more veggies. Serve this alone or with a small crunchy, cool side salad.

Cooked frozen shrimp

Part skim mozzarella cheese

¼ cup(s), shredded, shredded

Cilantro

¾ cup(s), stems and all

Garlic

1 clove(s), peeled

Cardamom pods

1 item(s), seeds only

Jalapeño pepper

1½ small, seeded, chopped

Lime

1 item(s), juiced

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place Flatout flatbread on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 375°F for two minutes, then remove from the oven.

In a food processor, combine the cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, cardamom seeds, and lime juice until well blended and spreadable; season with salt and pepper.

Spread this green sauce over the flatbread, then arrange the shrimp over that, and finally scatter the mozzarella cheese over everything.

Bake at 375°F for four minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
