- 1/2 cup(s) cooked shrimp, chopped
- 2 Tbsp, chopped uncooked red onion(s)
- 1/2 small fresh tomato(es), diced
- 1/2 small cucumber(s), kirby, diced
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1 pinch table salt, or to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper, or to taste
In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, onion, tomato, cucumber and lime juice; let stand 10 minutes for flavors to blend. Sprinkle with cilantro; season to taste, if desired.
