cooked shrimp

½ cup(s), chopped

uncooked red onion(s)

2 Tbsp, chopped

fresh tomato(es)

½ small, diced

cucumber(s)

½ small, kirby, diced

fresh lime juice

2 Tbsp

cilantro

2 tsp, fresh, chopped

table salt

1 pinch, or to taste

black pepper

1 pinch, or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, onion, tomato, cucumber and lime juice; let stand 10 minutes for flavors to blend. Sprinkle with cilantro; season to taste, if desired.
