Paired with the carrot and snow peas, this salad is a super win to start a meal or to be topped with grilled chicken or shrimp. The sesame-soy dressing is slightly sweet to please kids and adults alike making it a great option for a quick side dish any day of the week. If you're not a jicama fan, use sliced, canned water chestnuts instead.
