This super tasty snack is ready in just 5 minutes, great when you are hungry between meals are entertaining surprise guests. Full of can't beat Asian-flavor, the tofu based dip has a little bit of spice that works well with the sweetness of the bell peppers for dipping. Make more servings with little extra prep time. The white miso is a super mild flavored soybean paste with a subtle sweetness that pairs well with the rich taste of sesame oil and hit of ginger. Try as a dip with other vegetables such as carrots sticks, radishes or broccoli.

Ingredients

Silken tofu

White miso

1 Tbsp

Garlic chili paste

1 Tbsp

Dark sesame oil

1 tsp

Fresh ginger

1 tsp, fresh, peeled, minced

Water

1 tsp

Bell pepper

½ cup(s), cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Combine tofu, miso, garlic-chili paste, sesame oil, ginger, and water in blender and puree. Spoon into small bowl and serve with bell pepper.
