This recipe is delicious as is, but if you want a flavorful vegetable to add, think red bell peppers, which are high in vitamin C. Thinly slice a large red bell pepper and add it to the steamer basket along with the broccoli in step 1.

sesame seeds2 tsp, toasted

- Put broccoli in steamer basket and set in large saucepan over 1 inch of boiling water. Cover and steam until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stir together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and garlic in serving bowl. Add broccoli and toss until mixed well.
