Batch cook some eggs and bacon and you can whip up this recipe in no time. Just reheat the eggs in the microwave and crumble the crisped bacon over top right before eating. If you remove the avocado seed and the indentation in your avocado half is on the small side, eat a spoonful of the avocado flesh to create a bigger opening.

Ingredients

Cooked egg

1 egg(s), large, scrambled

Avocado

½ item(s), seeded

Cooked crisp center cut bacon

½ slice(s)

Chives

1 tsp, finely chopped

Table salt

1 pinch(es)

Black pepper

1 pinch(es)

Hot sauce

1 drop(s), or to taste

Instructions

  1. Spoon the warm eggs onto the avocado and crumble the bacon over top. Sprinkle with the chives and season to taste with the salt and pepper. Drizzle with the hot sauce.
