Scallops with Mango Salsa

- Combine mango, bell pepper, chives, cilantro, lime juice, and pinch of salt in small bowl and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle scallops with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper. Spray ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and set over medium-high heat. Add scallops and cook, turning once, just until opaque in center, about 2 minutes. Serve with salsa.
