Warm the sausages according to the package directions. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low. Crack the eggs into the pan and sprinkle evenly with the salt and black pepper; cover the pan and cook until the whites are cooked and the yolks are still runny, 2 to 4 minutes. (If the yolks start to cloud over, uncover the pan.)

In a medium bowl, toss together the greens, carrots, tomatoes, and dressing. Spread the cream cheese over the toast. Arrange the salad on a plate with the toast, eggs, and sausages. Drizzle the hot sauce over the eggs, if desired.
