Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon and Cumin

Cauliflower

Olive oil

Ground cumin

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Put cauliflower on large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated evenly; spread to form even layer.

Roast 15 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle cauliflower with lemon zest and juice and garlic, tossing to coat. Roast until cauliflower is tender, about 3 minutes longer.
