Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon and Cumin

olive oil2 tsp
ground cumin½ tsp
table salt½ tsp
black pepper¼ tsp
lemon(s)½ medium, grated and juiced
garlic clove(s)1 medium clove(s), minced
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Put cauliflower on large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated evenly; spread to form even layer.
- Roast 15 minutes, stirring once. Sprinkle cauliflower with lemon zest and juice and garlic, tossing to coat. Roast until cauliflower is tender, about 3 minutes longer.
