This recipe makes enough for 1 1/2 pounds of ribs; it's also delicious on chicken and flank steak, too. Make a double or triple batch, and store the rest in an air-tight container to have at the ready. These flavors all go together beautifully, but you could easily swap out any one that you might not like for another spice that you prefer.
