Ingredients

Shallot

½ cup(s), chopped, minced

Dill

½ cup(s), chopped

Red wine vinegar

½ cup(s)

Water

6 Tbsp, warm

Dijon mustard

8 tsp, (2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp)

Extra virgin olive oil

8 tsp, (2 Tbsp plus 2 tsp)

Kosher salt

1½ tsp

Black pepper

½ tsp

Xanthan gum

tsp, or add enough to desired consistency (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together shallot, dill, vinegar, water, mustard, oil, salt and pepper; thicken with xanthan gum (optional).
  2. Serving size: 1 1/2 Tbsp
