All you have to do is stir some lowfat yogurt, reduced-fat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl, then stir in the fresh raspberries. Your spread is ready to go, no fancy equipment or pots or pans needed. We recommend using it with apple or pear slices as a tasty dessert or snack, but you'll find yourself using it in a variety of ways, from all different kinds of fruits to crackers, bagels, and as a topping for pastries.
