Start the morning with this beautiful drink and you may never head to your local coffee shop for one of those overly sweet lattes ever again! The great trick here to flavor the coffee is using raspberry preserves. We call for seedless, but you can use the kind with seeds if a little texture in your drink doesn't bother you. You can make this hot or cold, depending on the weather or your preference. Substitute the almond milk with any other plant-based milks, or even dairy milk, if you'd prefer.

Ingredients

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

2 cup(s), or unsweetened chocolate almond milk, heated until hot

Black coffee

2 cup(s), strong, freshly brewed

Seedless raspberry preserves

2 Tbsp

Unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In blender, blend almond milk, coffee, preserves, and cocoa powder until foamy. Divide latte between 2 glasses. (For iced lattes, use cold almond milk and coffee instead of hot and serve over ice.)
  2. Serving size: 2 cups
