These drinks are made to order—just combine the raspberry mixture and Champagne when you're ready to make a toast. All you have to do is mix together the raspberry jam and fresh lime juice in a small bowl. Spoon it into the glasses, then top off with some bubbly and a round of lime for garnish, and this beautiful, easy, delicious cocktail is set to be the ultimate crowd-pleaser of your party. We love how the sweet-tart flavor of raspberries complements the citrusy lime juice, but feel free to use strawberry jam, or even a mix of both, if that's what you'd prefer. You could also try Prosecco instead of the Champagne, which has a sweeter taste.
