We recommend using black mission figs for this pizza recipe, but if you can’t find any, you can swap seedless red grapes in their place. Otherwise, you'll love the flavor combination and presentation of this easy to make, hearty yet healthy pizza. From start to finish, you should be able to have it ready to go in just 25 minutes. It features mozzarella cheese, goat cheese, and a salad of radicchio and basil dressed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and Dijon mustard arranged over top. This pizza is a glorious study in colors and textures that you'll find yourself making over and over again.
