prosciutto

1 oz, slice, cut into 3 long strips

cantaloupe

3 slice(s), or honeydew

balsamic vinegar

1 tsp

basil

1 Tbsp, fresh leaves, thinly sliced

black pepper

1 pinch

Instructions

  1. Wrap strip of prosciutto around each slice of melon. Arrange on plate and drizzle with vinegar. Sprinkle with basil and pepper.
