Instructions

Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk in polenta in thin, steady stream. Stir in spinach, salt, and pepper.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, until polenta has thickened, about 4 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in Parmesan. Serve immediately.
