Flatout Rustic white Artisan thin pizza crust

1 flatbread(s)

plum tomato(es)

2 medium, thinly sliced

garlic clove(s)

1 medium clove(s), minced

shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

1 cup(s)

basil

2 Tbsp, fresh leaves, thinly sliced

dried oregano

½ tsp

cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Place crust on baking sheet and bake 2 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and arrange tomatoes on crust and sprinkle with garlic. Top evenly with mozzarella, basil, and oregano. Bake until cheese is melted, about 4 minutes. Cut into 4 wedges.
  4. Serving size: ¼ of pizza
Notes
Fresh basil adds a bang of flavor to this recipe, but in a pinch, you can use a teaspoon of dried basil instead.
