Ingredients

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

1 cup(s)

Powdered peanut butter

½ cup(s)

Unsweetened shredded coconut

¾ cup(s), plus more for coating

Flaxseeds

¼ cup(s)

Dried chia seeds

2 Tbsp

Maple syrup

6 Tbsp

Plain unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup(s)

Vanilla extract

½ tsp, optional

Instructions

  1. Add oats, Mighty Nut powdered peanut butter, shredded coconut, flax seed, and chia seed to a food processor. Blend until oats are ground up.
  2. Add maple syrup and almond milk. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. It should make about 18 of them.
  4. Fill a small bowl with shredded coconut. Roll each of the balls in coconut to coat the outside.
