Instructions

  1. To make vinaigrette, combine parsley, cilantro, orange juice, oil, lime juice, honey, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in mini food processor and puree.
  2. Arrange peaches, tomatoes, and onion on platter; sprinkle with avocado. Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve at once.
