Museli is a cold breakfast that can easily be made ahead. This version features old-fashioned oats, dried peaches, golden raisins, and apple juice. We love how easily it all comes together. Get the oat mixture ready first thing in the morning, do what you have to do to get yourself and everyone else ready for the next 30 minutes, and then it's ready to go. It's a quick and healthy breakfast that won't ever let you down. For added flavor, top the muesli with sliced banana.

Ingredients

Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

2 cup(s)

Dried peaches

6 oz, (3/4 cup)

Golden seedless raisins

¼ cup(s)

Fat free skim milk

1 cup(s)

Apple juice

¼ cup(s)

Plain fat free yogurt

1 cup(s)

Honey

2 Tbsp

Chopped almonds (dry-roasted or raw, unsalted, no sugar added)

¼ cup(s), or sliced

Instructions

Stir together the oats, peaches, raisins, milk, and apple juice in a medium bowl; let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, stir together the yogurt and honey in a small bowl.

Divide the oat mixture evenly among 6 cereal bowls. Top evenly with the yogurt mixture and almonds. Yields 1/2 cup per serving.
