Peach Muesli with Almonds

dried peach(es)6 oz, (3/4 cup)
golden seedless raisins¼ cup(s)
fat free skim milk1 cup(s)
apple juice¼ cup(s)
plain fat free yogurt1 cup(s)
chopped almonds¼ cup(s), or sliced
- Stir together the oats, peaches, raisins, milk, and apple juice in a medium bowl; let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, stir together the yogurt and honey in a small bowl.
- Divide the oat mixture evenly among 6 cereal bowls. Top evenly with the yogurt mixture and almonds. Yields 1/2 cup per serving.
