Ingredients

uncooked old fashioned oats

2 cup(s)

dried peach(es)

6 oz, (3/4 cup)

golden seedless raisins

¼ cup(s)

fat free skim milk

1 cup(s)

apple juice

¼ cup(s)

Plain fat free yogurt

1 cup(s)

honey

2 Tbsp

chopped almonds

¼ cup(s), or sliced

Instructions

  1. Stir together the oats, peaches, raisins, milk, and apple juice in a medium bowl; let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together the yogurt and honey in a small bowl.
  3. Divide the oat mixture evenly among 6 cereal bowls. Top evenly with the yogurt mixture and almonds. Yields 1/2 cup per serving.
