Serve this fruity, tropical salsa with homemade chips—a great excuse to host a party. Using papayas and kiwifruits instead of tomatoes adds a fun, refreshing twist. Fresh cilantro and lots of lime juice help meld the flavors together, and a touch of ground allspice is a unique garnish for any salsa. All you do is toss the ingredients in a large bowl, then it can hang out in the fridge and out of the way until you're ready to serve it up. An appetizer that serves eight that's ready to go in 20 minutes is any host's dream come true.
