When it’s raining or freezing outside and you’re in the mood for a s’more, this simple broiled version won’t disappoint. They're as easy to make as the campfire version. Instead of graham crackers, we call for pizzelle, which are delicious Italian waffle cookies that are nice and light and airy. Broil or bake or use the toaster oven—doesn't matter, as long as your marshmallows cook down to that perfectly melty consistency.

Ingredients

Mini semisweet chocolate chips

2 tsp

Vanilla pizzelle (3-4")

1 item(s), (such as Reko brand)
