Love oatmeal but never made it from scratch? It's super simple and so easy using either your stovetop or microwave. Make a big batch and reheat for several days in a row, or make it fresh each morning. Vary the toppings depending on what you like and what you have on hand. Think beyond fresh fruit and a sprinkling of sugar and/or cinnamon: Chopped candied ginger, toasted coconut, slivered almonds, chia seeds, and granola all make tasty toppings.
