Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

Pineapple

Sea salt

Shredded coconut meat unsweetened

1 Tbsp, toasted

Plain low fat Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Bring the water and a pinch of salt to boil in a small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir in the oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed and the oats are tender, about 5 minutes. Serve topped with the pineapple, sea salt, coconut, and yogurt.
  2. Makes 1 serving (about 3/4 cup of oats plus toppings).
