Oatmeal with pineapple-coconut topping
8 fl oz
uncooked old fashioned oats
shredded coconut meat unsweetened
1 Tbsp, toasted
plain lowfat Greek yogurt
- Bring water and pinch of salt to boil in small saucepan set over medium heat. Stir in oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed and oats are tender, about 5 minutes. Serve topped with pineapple, sea salt, coconut, and yogurt.
