Here’s a fruit-based sauce that’s perfect for chicken, turkey burgers or grilled salmon. Want it spicier? Add a dash of hot sauce.
Ingredients

apricot preserves

1 cup(s)

chili sauce

½ cup(s)

apple cider vinegar

3 Tbsp

low sodium soy sauce

1 Tbsp

ground ginger

1 tsp, or less to taste

ground cloves

½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor; blend or process until smooth. To store, scrape into a bowl, cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks. Yields about 1 1/2 tablespoons per serving.
