Combined with other turkey day leftovers like roasted root veggies, cooked green beans, and corn, this hearty salad might even be more superior to her original recipe.

Ingredients

Fresh baby spinach

Cooked turkey breast without skin

3 oz, thinly sliced

Oven-roasted vegetables (butternut squash, sweet potato, red onion & peppers with olive oil)

½ cup(s), chopped

Cooked green beans

¼ cup(s), sliced

Sweet red pepper(s)

¼ cup(s), thinly sliced

Banana pepper rings

Roasted corn (no oil)

Instructions
