Monte Cristo Sandwiches
reduced calorie mayonnaise
reduced-calorie whole wheat bread
low-fat Swiss cheese

cooked lean ham
4 oz, (4 slices)
- Stir together honey mustard and mayonnaise in small bowl. Spread honey-mustard mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice. Place 2 slices Swiss cheese and 2 slices ham on each of 2 bread slices and cover with remaining bread slices.
- Whisk together eggs in shallow bowl. Add sandwiches to bowl one at a time and turn to coat.
- Spray large skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium-low heat. Cook sandwiches, turning once, until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden, 8–10 minutes.
