Mini Pepperoni Deep-Dish Pizzas
Frozen pizza crust dough
1 pound(s), defrosted (or refrigerated dough)
Store-bought pizza sauce
Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
18 Tbsp, (1 cup plus 2 tbsp)
Small, thinly sliced turkey pepperoni
24 piece(s), chopped
- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Coat a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and press into the bottom and up the sides of each cup in the pan. Add 1 tbsp sauce, 1½ tbsp cheese, and 1 tbsp pepperoni to each dough-lined muffin cup.
- Bake the pizzas until the crusts are browned, about 15 minutes. Let cool for 3 to 4 minutes in the pan before removing. Serve warm.
