Grab your nonstick muffin tin for these perfectly portioned pizzas. You can leave out the turkey pepperoni if you prefer a meatless pie, and top these with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms, or spinach to make deep dish veggie pizzas instead. Great garnishes include hot pepper flakes and chopped fresh basil.

Frozen pizza crust dough

1 pound(s), defrosted (or refrigerated dough)

Store-bought pizza sauce

¾ cup(s)

Shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

18 Tbsp, (1 cup plus 2 tbsp)

Small, thinly sliced turkey pepperoni

24 piece(s), chopped

Crushed red pepper flakes

1 pinch, optional

Basil

1 Tbsp, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray. Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and press into bottom and up sides of each cup in pan.
  2. Place 1 tbsp sauce, 11⁄2 tbsp cheese, and 1 tbsp pepperoni in each dough-lined muffin cup.
  3. Bake pizzas until crust is browned, about 15 minutes. Let cool for 3 to 4 minutes in pan before removing. Garnish with red pepper flakes and basil leaves (if using).
  4. Serving size: 1 pizza
