The only thing brighter than the flavors in these juicy, veggie-topped turkey burgers is that they smartly come together on the grill in 10 minutes.

Off heat, coat a grill rack or grill pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high.

In a large bowl, gently combine the turkey, herbs, chopped onion, coriander, and cumin. Form the meat into 4 patties and season with 1 tsp salt. Grill the patties until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the centers reads 165°F, 4 to 5 minutes per side.

In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, tomato, sliced onion, lemon juice, oil, remaining ½ tsp salt, and black pepper.
