Bring all the big, bright flavors of a Greek appetizer platter together in a shareable layered dip. Serve at a party with carrot slices, bell pepper wedges, and pita chips for scooping. Or layer into individual cups for grab-and-go snacks. If you’re making this ahead for a get-together, seed the cucumber
and tomato to get rid of excess juices that’ll make the dip soggy.
