This shakes tastes like a tropical vacation with the always refreshing combination of mango and strawberries. For a more intense flavor, look for extra-ripe mangoes that are soft to the touch. Depending on the ripeness of your fruit, you may be able to omit the honey. Let your taste buds guide you with the level of sweetness. This shake blends up the best when the ingredients are placed in the blender in the order listed, with ice being added last. That gives the blender the best chance of pulverizing the ice cubes and pureeing the ingredients into a creamy, smooth shake. If you prefer, substitute 1 1⁄2 cups of frozen strawberries for the fresh and eliminate the ice cubes.
