Compare this seasoning salt to the ubiquitous Lawry’s seasoning salt and you’ll see ours packs all the same flavor but with much less sugar and sodium. Use to sprinkle on oven-roasted potatoes, to season a salad dressing, or really just about everything across the board—from veggies to proteins—just as you would salt. The cayenne pepper adds a nice kick, but if you like your seasoning to have a little less heat, you can cut back or just omit it.

Instructions

  1. In spice or coffee mill (or using mortar and pestle), finely grind all ingredients. Store in airtight container for up to 6 months.
