Pair it with fish, shellfish, beef, pork, chicken, and turkey. It would also be quite tasty drizzled over mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad or used as a dip for crudités. Using your blender or food processor means this sauce is ready in less than 5 minutes since there’s no chopping or mincing required—the blender does all the work! The water helps thin the sauce to a nice consistency, but if you would like it to be more pourable, add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency.
