Ingredients

Fat free skim milk

Espresso

½ cup(s), brewed or from powder

Banana

1 small, ripe

Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Divide between 2 tall ice-filled glasses.
  2. Serving size: 1 cup

Notes

Add a pinch of freshly ground nutmeg to the blender if you have some on hand.
