Kombucha sangria by Millie Peartree
4 medium, chopped
1 medium, thinly sliced
½ cup(s), raw, chopped
1 bottle(s), Merlot or Malbec (750 ml)
Fresh orange juice
4 fl oz
2 cup(s), apple variety recommended, chilled (16 fl oz)
- Place fruit in a large pitcher. Stir in wine and orange juice; refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir in cold kombucha; pour over ice.
- Serving size: an 8 fl oz cocktail
