This recipe is very versatile: Swap in a nectarine or plum for the peach, top the grilled fruit with yogurt or ice cream instead of whipped cream, and try chopped walnuts, pecans, or toasted almonds in place of pistachios.
Ingredients
Peach
1 medium, halved and pitted
Aerosol whipped cream
1 Tbsp
Shelled pistachio nuts (unsalted, dry roasted or raw, no sugar added)
1 Tbsp, chopped
Fresh mint leaves
½ Tbsp, thinly sliced
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium.

Grill the peach halves cut side down until they’ve developed grill marks and start to soften, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Take your peach halves off the grill, add them to a dish, and top them with whipped cream. Garnish with pistachios and mint.
