Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Light aerosol whipped cream

2½ Tbsp

Powdered peanut butter

1 Tbsp, divided

Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol

2 tsp

Vanilla extract

¼ tsp

In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, whipped topping, 2 ¾ tsp powdered peanut butter, monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla. Sprinkle with the remaining ¼ tsp powdered peanut butter.
