Here is a fun option for entertaining that gives every guest their own dip—double dipping welcome—and portion control is built in. To prepare these, It is easiest to fill the cups assembly line-style, one ingredient at a time. Just rinse your measuring spoon in hot water between ingredients. The dips can be assembled the morning of the party, covered with plastic wrap, and placed in the refrigerator to chill until it’s time for your gathering. Use whatever flavor of hummus that you like. Serve them with baked chips, fresh sliced pita wedges, or fresh sliced vegetables for dipping.

Tzatziki

Jarred minced garlic
1 tsp
Red onion
1 cup(s), minced
Roasted red peppers (packed in water)
1 cup(s), chopped
Plain hummus
12 Tbsp, regular or spicy variety
Cucumber
1 cup(s), diced
Plum tomato
1 cup(s), chopped, chopped
Olives
10 olive(s), large, Kalamata, chopped
Crumbled feta cheese
4 Tbsp
Fresh mint leaves

In a small bowl, combine tzatziki with garlic.

Line up eight 9-oz plastic cups (or small glass cups or bowls). In each cup, layer 2 tablespoons tzatziki mixture, 2 tablespoons onion, 2 tablespoons pepper, 1 1/2 tablespoons hummus, 2 tablespoons cucumber, 2 tablespoons tomato, 1 tablespoon olives and 1/2 tablespoon feta; garnish with mint. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yields 1 dip per serving.
