Cool off on a hot day with this chocolate-spiked drink with a coffee kick. It’s sweet, easy, and perfectly suited for chocolate lovers. An egg cream is a classic fountain drink, but despite the name, it contains neither eggs nor cream. Instead, it combines carbonated water with milk and a variety of flavored syrups. Here, we’ve opted for coffee and chocolate, but it’s versatile. You could substitute light caramel syrup for the chocolate syrup or stir in vanilla extract. There’s a wide range of potential flavor combinations, but no matter how you mix it, it is a perfect summer drink.
