A hoisin-based glaze adds sweet deliciousness to lean pork loin chops, grilled peppers and onions, roasted chicken breast, skillet-cooked fish fillets, and more. Brush half the glaze on during cooking, and thin any remaining glaze with a little water to drizzle it on as a finishing sauce right before serving.
