High-Protein Ranch Dressing

Make this classic herb-y ranch dressing and keep it in the fridge all week. We love to dunk veggie sticks in it, drizzle it over crispy iceberg lettuce, or spoon it over grilled chicken. Feel free to riff it on it by tweaking the seasoning with cayenne, pickle juice, or barbecue sauce.


Ingredients
Fat free cottage cheese
⅔ cup(s)
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
½ cup(s)
Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp
Garlic powder
1 tsp
Kosher salt
½ tsp
Black pepper
0.1333 tsp
Fresh parsley
2 Tbsp
Chives
1 Tbsp
Dill
1 Tbsp
1% low fat milk

Instructions

In a small food processor, blend the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Add the parsley, dill, and chives. Pulse until herbs are mostly finely chopped. Pulse in the milk a little bit at a time until desired consistency.
