Ham and Cheese Melt with Fresh Slaw

packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)½ cup(s)
light mayonnaise2 ½ tsp
rice wine vinegar¾ tsp
cooked lean ham2 oz
low-fat Swiss cheese1 oz
reduced-calorie rye bread2 slice(s)
- Combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, vinegar and pinch each salt and pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
- Divide mustard, ham and cheese between bread slices; bake at 350°F until melted, 2-3 minutes. Top with slaw.
